If we make an appointment or undertake to perform work for you, we will arrive on time and perform the work to a professional standard.

Important Note: Due to the actions of a small number of thoughtless customers, if we make a wasted journey, ( e.g. you are not available when we call or fail to answer the door when we arrive ) then we do reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our time and expenses.

If you have booked an appointment and no longer require our services then please do contact us to cancel as soon as possible. (24 hours notice required for pre-booked appointments and 1 hour notice for same day appointments).

Yes, believe it or not there are people out there who belive it's my responsibility to ensure that their doorbell works!

I am sorry to have to inform those folks that seriously this is not my responsibility. This wasted journey fee does apply to you also.

Wasted journeys are an unnecessary cost to any business and do have to be paid for. Rather than increases prices to all customers to cover these costs this wasted journey fee seems to be the best option.

On Site call-out's are usually provided between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday's through Friday's.

Call-outs are also available to business and home users outside of these hours and at weekends.

We do appreciate that a weekday evenings or weekends may be the most convenient time for you, to avoid disruption to your business or the need to take time off work.

We don't charge extra for out of hours call-outs so please don't hesitate to contact us, daytime, evenings or weekends!
